At Jesus Prevails, we stand behind the quality of every piece we create. We want you to love what you receive, and if something isn't right, we'll make it right. Every interaction we have is an opportunity to reflect the character of Christ — and that includes how we handle returns and refunds.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us immediately and we will take care of you — no questions asked.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@jesusprevails.com with your order number and the reason for your return. Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions on how to send your item back. We aim to make this process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional few days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or style, email us at support@jesusprevails.com and we will work with you to get the right item in your hands as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away with a photo of the issue and we will either replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. We believe in doing right by the people who support this mission, and we will always honor that.
Non-Returnable Items
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are outside the 30-day return window are not eligible for return. Sale items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, Jesus Prevails will cover return shipping. We keep this policy in place so that as much of your purchase as possible continues to go directly into the mission.
